Since 1987, Belink Solutions has been designing, assembling, and producing electronic circuit boards for the automotive, industrial, aerospace, defense, rail, and e-mobility sectors. The company is also specialized in the development of custom machinery. With its recognized expertise and ongoing commitment to innovation, Belink is now seeking an investor or buyer capable of supporting its transformation and capitalizing on its technological strengths.
Based in La Ferté-Bernard, in the Sarthe region of France, Belink Solutions has established itself over the past 30 years as a key player in the design, manufacturing, and assembly of electronic boards for demanding sectors such as industry, automotive, aerospace, defense, rail, and e-mobility. The company also has deep expertise in the development of custom industrial machinery. Quality is central to Belink’s operations, and its high standards are widely acknowledged. The company is employing 141 staff members (including 137 permanent employees) and generated €14.17 million in revenue in 2024.
From production to innovation: recognized industrial expertise
Specializing in electronics, Belink Solutions operates a fully integrated and agile industrial setup:
- Production lines for small, medium, and large batches (including five SMT lines for medium and large runs, and one dedicated to small series);
- In-house R&D capabilities, including prototyping and industrialization, with strong support for startups and manufacturers in new product development;
- Development of automated and robotic industrial machinery, along with custom testing systems;
- Full supply chain management, covering purchasing, procurement, warehousing, testing, quality control, and shipping.
The company is also recognized as an expert in a disruptive new technology: printed electronics, based on multilayer printed circuit and flexible substrate technologies, paving the way for a wide range of applications in complex volumes and formats.
Belink Solutions holds major certifications (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, EN 9100, IATF), allowing it to operate in markets with stringent quality, traceability, and environmental standards. It is a member of both GIFAS and GICAT and collaborates with the three leading French players in the aerospace and defense sector.
Historically closely tied to the automotive sector—providing both R&D and production services—Belink has suffered from the downturn in that market since 2023. Despite pursuing a diversification strategy into aerospace, defense, and rail, the volume of orders in these new areas has not been sufficient to offset the decline in automotive activity.
As a result, the company sought protection from the Commercial Court in Le Mans, which initiated judicial reorganization proceedings on March 25, 2025.
Acquisition opportunity: reviving a proven industrial asset
As part of the proceedings, court-appointed administrator P2G (Céline Pelzer) has launched a call for bids to identify an investor or acquirer who can ensure business continuity, safeguard jobs, and support the strategic pivot already underway. The deadline for submitting offers is June 23, 2025, at 12:00 p.m.
