Since 1994 this family-owned group, based in the New Aquitaine region (Haute-Vienne), has been designing and making French lingerie that combines elegance, comfort and traditional workmanship. Within the context of administration proceedings that have been initiated in favour of the companies within the group, Vallancée, Allande and Lindor, the offices of Minerva AJ, represented by Virginie Desforges, have launched a call for tender, with a deadline for offers set at 12 p.m. on September 15 2026.
For more than thirty years the group has been creating and making French lingerie that is designed for all women, combining elegance, comfort and traditional workmanship. Based in the New Aquitaine region of France, its workshop has been operating on the same site since it was first set up in 1994 and has won numerous awards for its commitment to production that is “made in France”.
The group is structured around three companies:
- Vallancée: the holding company housing a number of back-office roles;
- Allande: designs collections and distributes lingerie exclusively, made in France by the company 3, through a network of home deliveries;
- Lindor: production workshop.
The group’s clients are private individuals. Vallancée and Allande work out of office space, whereas Lindor has a sewing workshop; all these premises are operated through commercial leases.
For the year 2025, the group achieved cumulated turnover of almost 5 M€, 77 % of which came from Allande (design and distribution), 15 % from Lindor (production workshop) and 8 % from Vallancée (holding). The group employs a total of 53 people on permanent work contracts, as well as 36 non-exclusive sales representatives and a network of independent home sales representatives (VDI) registered with Allande.
A takeover opportunity in the French lingerie sector
Placed into administration, the three companies in the group are now looking for a buyer, who will be able to draw on more than thirty years of traditional workmanship, a strong territorial anchorage in the New Aquitaine region, a structured home distribution network, and recognition for its production made in France.
The receivers, Minerva AJ (Virginie Desforges), have launched a call for tender with a deadline set at 12 p.m. on September 15 2026.
