In order to build out its Transformation practice in the UK, Eight Advisory is proud to announce the arrival of Nick Neil-Boss as Partner. He will develop a service offer including operational due diligence, carve-out, operational restructuring and operational performance improvement.
Nick Neil-Boss joins Eight Advisory from AlixPartners, where he was a Managing Director in their London Enterprise Improvement practice. Nick’s experience covers the full spectrum of Operational Advisory, including Operational Restructuring, Performance Improvement, Operational Due Diligence, Carve-out and Integration. Prior to AlixPartners, Nick was a Senior Director in EY’s Operational Transaction Services team. Nick started his advisory career working for Booz & Co. He has also held various engineering and management roles at ABB.
Nick has 27 years of experience in both advisory and industry roles. He has served numerous corporate and private equity clients across a range of industry sectors but has particular experience in the retail & consumer, travel, transport and leisure sectors. He holds an MBA from Cornell University, New York, B.Sc. and MSc. Degrees in Electrical Engineering from the University of the Witwatersrand in South Africa.
